We have a PM position available currently

Wednesday-Friday: 8pm-6am
Saturday: 5pm-5am

Team-Focused

Coordinate and manage the delivery of petroleum products to various locations around the Twin Cities and surrounding communities
As a member of Kane’s dispatch team, this position works hand-in-hand with our drivers, fellow dispatchers, and customers to schedule and dispatch petroleum loads to be delivered to various locations around the area.
Customer service and communications skills will provide success in this role.
Collaboration with Operations, Sales, and the customer is critical to ensure the timely delivery of product.
Creating a positive environment for all team members that centers on service to our drivers, customers, and the company.

Are You Qualified?

1 year transportation dispatch experience preferred
Previous experience in transportation dispatching, logistics, preferably within the petroleum industry is a plus, but willing to train well-qualified candidates
Proficiency in using dispatch software, notably TMW, and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention-to-Detail – high level of verbal and written communication skills. Dedicated to problem-resolution
Knowledge of federal, state, and local transportation regulations
Ability to perform all job functions without direct supervision
Ability to handle situations after hours
Sense of duty to drivers and customers
